🥎🔥 10U ALL-STARS EXPLODE FOR 16 RUNS! 🔥🥎

After falling behind early, the Wethersfield 10U All-Stars responded in a big way, defeating Madison 16-4 in four innings and continuing their impressive District Tournament run! 💙💛

Madison struck first, but these girls never blinked.
Wethersfield grabbed the lead in the second inning and then completely broke the game open with a pair of huge offensive innings. The All-Stars scored five runs in the third before erupting for nine more in the fourth to put the game out of reach. 💥

The offense came from everywhere in the lineup. Abigail Shlatz delivered a huge day at the plate, including a triple that drove in three runs. Ayda Soto added a clutch two-run double, while Amelia Soderman, Giuliana Carpio, Nora Bylina, Siena Vitaliano, and Madelyn Ramos all helped fuel the rally as Wethersfield kept the pressure on inning after inning.
Abigail wasn't done there.

She was outstanding in the circle, striking out nine batters over four innings, while Talayna Morales called a terrific game behind the plate. Together, they helped hold Madison to just three hits. 👏🥎

The girls also showed tremendous discipline at the plate, drawing walks throughout the game. Siena Vitaliano and Nora Bylina led the way with three walks each.

On the bases, Wethersfield was aggressive all game long, stealing six bases, including three by Ella Roberts-McGee. ⚡

And perhaps most impressively, the All-Stars played a clean defensive game without committing a single error. That's championship-caliber softball. 💪

From top to bottom, this was a complete team effort and another outstanding performance by a group of girls making Wethersfield proud.
