Linville Land Harbor Golf Club

The Land Harbor Golf Course will open on Saturday, April 11th, for the 2026 season. You can start contacting the golf shop on Monday, April 6th, to begin scheduling tee times and confirm operating hours for the golf shop and course. The golf shop phone is still 828-733-8325.

Tee times during the week of Monday, April 13th , through Friday, April 17th, will not begin until the latter hours of the morning to allow the maintenance crew extra time to tie up some loose ends around the course. Golf course maintenance is still awaiting the arrival of its seasonal H2B workers, so golf course preparations are about 3-4 weeks behind schedule.

For those of you who utilize the golf course cart paths for your walking and jogging activities, you may still do so once the golf course opens, but you should be off the golf course before 8-8:30 AM to avoid players and the risk of being hit by an errant golf ball.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon and appreciate your patience and understanding while the turf team gets the course in top shape!

🥶🥶🥶🥶 Due to the incoming, harsh cold front next week, the golf course will be CLOSED Monday, 11/10 through Wednesday, 11/12. We will try to reopen Thursday afternoon, November 13th. Thank you!

We have reached the end of our peak season for golf and have entered the short, yet playable, season we consider “winter golf”. We are hearing complaints about our “cart path only” rule, so please read the attached article to enlighten yourself on why this rule is in place. Please enjoy what little bit of the season is left before we completely shut down until next year. Thank you!

We have beautiful weather forecasted for this week, so come on out and play! We have already gone to leaf season rates a week early- $61 per player for 18, includes cart. Tee times required, call 828-733-8325!

If you’re planning on visiting us, we will start punching and sanding the week of October 20th. We will be closing 9 holes at a time, but we’ll get all 18 back open as soon as we can. Please plan accordingly for your trip.

Green fees will be discounted because of the disruption. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we perform this necessary task .

Irrigation work has begun on the Front 9. Please be cautious and courteous when you are playing and driving your carts in the work areas. There will be temporary alterations to the course routing while the crew works on a hole. Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and understanding😊
