Join Holly on Friday 1/12 from 6:30-8pm for a Friday Unwind! The focus for this class is the root chakra. Winding down, unplugging & setting yourself free from the daily grind of life. Class will begin with some gentle yoga movements and stretches followed by a guided root chakra grounding meditation with Tibetian Singing Bowls, and ending with Reiki energy healing in savasana. The focus of this class will be the root chakra. When aligned this chakra helps us feel grounded & secure. Students will receive a crystal to take home to assist in grounding in the root chakra.
