Some people don’t know I refinish old furniture but it was my first love, even before fitness and health. Why? Because it showed me that an old worn out piece of furniture can be transformed and new life given? All it’s needs? One person to believe in it…. To see the beauty under the dust, rust, plastic molding… whatever it might be it is NEVER past giving beauty back to this world.
If a piece of furniture can be brought back to life can you imagine what you can do for yours? One person is all it takes. It might be you, your spouse, your children…… but you are NEVER past being a beautiful stunning piece of work.

So keep going and pushing towards whatever it is your working on my friends. Fly high but remember it takes a step at a time not a leap not a bound but sometimes a single solitary step to a new YOU.

Mighty Monday… Ya all, sometimes it’s not about the “Motivation” sometimes it is showing up and pushing harder then you thought you could.
Sometimes it takes seeing yourself in the BIG picture.
Look at spiders… they’re little and graceful yet can catch prey many times bigger then they are! Nature is an echo of what we can accomplish. The track might change in your life… it does that ALL the time…. But your hustle remains and you get stronger if you persist 💯👊🏻💪

It hurt, it was uncomfortable, I woke up wondering if I would even get a session in… but my habit has been built day by day and year by year so I chose to be mighty today 💪

I was thinking about seasons…. Each fall the trees shed their leaves. They fall and the trees are bare and open to the elements. They are at their UGLIEST moment in the season…. The winter. Yet…. Somehow they grow taller each year despite that. Despite the “ugly” season. They don’t shorten because they have a sun above to reach out to.
It’s the ugly seasons that are truly our season of change and growth. So grow when it’s cold, hard, gritty….. grow my luvs! One storm and step at a time. All luv you beautiful warriors out there ❤️🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Have you ever stopped and thought about seeds? Hang with me it was my thought today as I worked out….
I have two HUGE squash plants growing pumpkins by my front door…. Two seeds that casually dropped and with water and sun they grew big and produced. Nature is such a strong teacher…. A seed can sit a hard shell on a shelf for YEARS the same thing, yet when we give it the minimal water and sun it not only grows but a lot of time provides fruit, shade, protection, shelter…. Just like us. We can sit for years a hard shell. We all have our reasons my friends, all of us struggle and trip and that is OK!
Take the time to get that sun and water. Get out of that head and know your worth that minimal effort, because in the long run you will produce beautiful things. Not just for you, but for others around you 🫶🏻✌️👊🏻 all love my friends ❤️😘
