⭐ AJ Salierno — AAAAA (5A) All-State Team
⭐ Hampton Keith — AAAAA (5A) Honorable Mention

AJ capped off an incredible season with a final-round 65 at the State Championship and earned recognition as one of the top players in Georgia. Hampton’s consistency, hard work, and dedication throughout the season earned him All-State recognition as well.

Four years. Countless early mornings, range sessions, bus rides, pressure putts, and memories that will last forever.

These seniors helped build something special at Newnan Golf and left a legacy that won’t be forgotten. Proud of everything they’ve accomplished on and off the course and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Co-Low Medalist at -8 for the tournament. Battled all the way to a playoff and left absolutely everything out there for Newnan.

What a performance from AJ Salierno. One of the best individual runs in program history and a week we’ll never forget.

Battled for two straight days at Jekyll Island against some of the best teams in Georgia, and these guys never stopped fighting. Proud of the grit, toughness, and composure this team showed on one of the biggest stages in high school golf.

Top 4 in the state.
A season full of hard work, sacrifice, and belief in each other.

Day 1 at the Jekyll Island State Tournament is in the books.

The Cougars battled their way to T4 after the opening round, with AJ Salierno leading the way at 1-under and the rest of the lineup keeping Newnan right in the mix heading into the final day. Proud of the fight and composure this team showed all day long.
