1. I’m a California native and have lived in Orange County most of my adult life. When I’m not selling upscale waterfront homes, you’ll find me sailing, scuba diving or surfing. So you could say I literally know the Pacific inside and out.

2. I’ve been a professional photographer with Time, Life, People, Money and Fortune magazines. I have a trained eye for detail, I know how to meet clients’ needs—and my photos of your home will be magazine worthy!

3. I'm a trained negotiator, with a Certificate in Negotiations from the Straus Center for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. For 15 years, I've specialized in the sales of million-dollar homes on the Pacific Ocean, and I'm proud to have earned the title “REALTOR of Distinction.” But the title I'm most proud of is that of your Realtor.
