We are so excited to have on our team! She’s such a talented Trainer and Coach and an inspiration to all of us! She’s also got the brightest smile and her workouts kick ass 😮‍💨 Here some words from Carliee:
My personal training journey started in college, where I coached gymnastics and dance acrobatics. I graduated in 2018 from the University of Concordia St. Paul with a degree in Exercise Science. I got my Personal Training Certification from NASM shortly after. I’ve always known I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to positively impact the health & fitness of the people in my community. Throughout my years of training I’ve cultivated great relationships with my clients. I’ve worked with women through pregnancy, prepared them for special events, and continued to support them throughout their fitness journey. I love the idea of incorporating both strength training and Pilates into my clients routine!
