Reflecting on an amazing year ✨

2025 marked a new beginning for me, and for CDM Pilates

After moving from LA and stepping into ownership, I've spent this year learning, listening, and finding my footing in a community that has welcomed me so warmly. Becoming part of the amazing Newport and Corona del Mar family, meeting the incredible clients who walk through these doors, and building on the Pilates work I’ve loved for years has been deeply meaningful.

I want this studio to be more than a place to move, but to be a place to connect, inspire, reset, and feel stronger in everyday life. I’m so grateful for the trust, energy, and commitment of everyone who shows up here.

As I look ahead, I’m excited about what’s possible for us, continuing to grow, elevating the experience for our clients, and supporting the health and well-being of this community in even bigger ways this year.
