Also, shout out to my client, Sandy, who in her 30’s and 40’s after having children took up powerlifting and can deadlift 300 lbs in her 50’s. She was another huge inspiration to bite the bullet and go for it!”

Our Racked Studio queen 👑 Missy (now up to 431 classes at the rack) deadlifting 115 lbs during performance week.
With Coach .alvarez1’s guidance, Missy was able to complete the set at a much heavier weight than she believed she was capable of that day. Missy is strong and now she might be as convinced as we already were!
Meet your new go to RDL. Here’s why kickstand RDLs are a great tool to developing the perfect single leg RDL:
1. The back foot helps with balance, so you can load heavier than a single leg RDL.
2. Hammers your hamstrings and glutes, while keeping your lower back safe.
3. It’s the perfect accessory exercise for runners, athletes, and anyone chasing strong, stable hips.
