OC 21 in 21 UPDATE!!! She's lost 16 lbs!*
This morning, to my surprise, I was down 3 pounds. Perhaps the stress of hitting a plateau last week bothered me, until I realized “plateaus happen”. Having you share some simple fixes for plateaus, I tried “an apple day” and it worked!
I’m in my 4th week and I am down 16 pounds. My blood sugar is normal and I am off all my meds, except for the supplements you recommended.
I eat out nearly every day for business purposes and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well I’ve been able to stick to the eating plan. I’m not perfect and perhaps that is why the weight loss has slowed down a bit. However, this is very doable, I’m eating real food, have learned to cook some very tasty recipes and I even like my vegetables now!
Thank you Monica, for working with me and helping me set up a program that works for me! I still have a ways to go, but I’m encouraged by the fact that the program is working for me. So often after 2-3 weeks of dieting, I would go back to my old habits. Now I have no reason to change my new habits. Heck 3-4 pounds a week will have me at goal in no time! And with the new habits I have learned, I don’t think I will ever go back to the poor choices I made in the past!
