Did an awesome intervals workout this morning 🏋️‍♀️ and my kiddos slept through it all allowing me to work in peace and quiet 🤫

6 weighted exercises to get a full body burn 🔥
1️⃣ weighted squat, back stepping lunge
2️⃣ deadlift to upright row
3️⃣staggered squat
4️⃣ tricep push-up, single arm plank row
5️⃣ chest press, chest fly
6️⃣ tricep extensions (I’d do tricep presses too but a toddler was in the way 🙈😆)

🔥great workout this morning 🔥 switched it up with single leg deadlift into lunges and added in some tricep push-ups, row into side plank 🔥
My legs and hip flexors were really suffering from yesterday, I just hope my 7am workout crew were also ok today 🤣🤣
