I grew up early. In a home where love existed, but stability didn’t. My parents were navigating their own battles, and by the time I was young, I learned how to rely on myself.

I raised myself long before I understood what that meant.

On the outside, I looked driven and capable. On the inside, I was unanchored. I didn’t yet have the self awareness I do now, and I coped the only way I knew how. I suppressed a lot. I stayed busy. I chased approval. I searched for something solid to hold onto.

Fitness found me before confidence did.

The gym became structure when my life lacked it. It taught me discipline, routine, and how to keep promises to myself. Over time, that structure built strength. That strength built belief. And that belief changed the direction of my life.

In my early twenties, I entered a relationship that became my entire world. It was passionate and painful at the same time. But it was also where someone believed in me before I believed in myself. That belief planted a seed I didn’t even realize was growing.

Through fitness, I began to see my potential. I competed in bodybuilding. I later transitioned into powerlifting. I pushed my body, my mind, and my limits. Fitness wasn’t about a body for me. It was about becoming capable.

When that relationship ended, it shattered me. I lost not just the relationship, but my identity. That breaking point became the moment I truly turned back to God.

Faith and fitness became my anchors.

Not perfectly. Not without struggle. But consistently enough to keep moving forward.

Slowly, God put me back together. My fitness career grew. I began sharing my journey online. I started coaching women and showing them what fitness had given me in my lowest seasons. Confidence. Purpose. Direction.

But even as my life expanded, there was one area I was still managing instead of mastering.

Alcohol.

For years, I knew my relationship with it wasn’t healthy. It pulled me out of alignment. It fed cycles of extremes. It kept me from fully becoming the woman I knew I was called to be.

Eventually, I reached a moment of clarity. I knew if I didn’t change, it would cost me everything I had built.

I’ve always been someone who loves deeply.

I feel deeply.
I care deeply.
And I’ve always had a massive heart, especially for people.

There have been many times in my life where I’ve questioned if I was too much because of it…
too emotional,
too expressive,
too passionate.

And if I’m being honest, even recently, there have been moments where I’ve questioned if I needed to make myself smaller… to make others around me feel comfortable.

But what I’ve learned is this…

You are not too much. And you will never be too much for the right people. In friendships, in family, in relationships, in business… any relationship.

Because the truth is, your people will never ask you to dim your light. They will never make you feel like you need to shrink, silence yourself, or become smaller to be loved.

Your people will CHERISH you because of that. Your people will amplify that in you.

God intentionally made you this way.
The way you love. The way you care. The way you notice the little things. The way you bring light into every room you walk into…

That is not a burden. That is a rare gift.

If you’re someone who loves deeply, feels deeply, and shows up with your whole heart do yourself and the world a favor, don’t ever let ANYTHING dim that about you. This world doesn’t need less of that. It needs more.

You are not too much. You were never too much.

You are a rare and beautiful soul and the world needs you to double down on that 🫶🏼

I had been grinding in the gym for YEARS consistent, disciplined, doing all the “right things”… but my body wasn’t reflecting the work I was putting in 😵‍💫

Ever been there? Feeling like you’re stuck on repeat… training hard, eating “clean,” and still not seeing any real changes? 👀

I remember the frustration setting in. My motivation started dropping, which led to inconsistency which just made the cycle worse…

And the questions never stopped running through my head:
👉🏼 Am I eating too much?
👉🏼 Am I eating too little?
👉🏼 Do I need more cardio?

The truth? I wasn’t missing effort, I was missing the right STRATEGY 💯

Once I nailed down my strategy, everything clicked: strength went up, I built lean muscle, I started looking toned instead of tired, I wasn’t bloated anymore and my energy skyrocketed 🤩

That’s why I coach the way I do now because I know how frustrating it is to put in the work and not get the results you deserve

You don’t have to go through the years of trial and error that I did…

If you’re ready to understand how to navigate strategy like a pro, not have to sacrifice your lifestyle and reach your full potential on your fitness journey, taking on LIMITED CLIENTS for my 1:1 coaching DIRECT 🔗 in B10 to Apply 📌

I didn’t need more “discipline” I needed a better strategy…

There came a point where I had to be honest with myself. I was doing everything right and still didn’t feel confident in my body.

I followed the plans. Tracked the macros. Trained hard. Stayed consistent. And yet… I constantly felt off 😵‍💫

Bloated. Drained. Self conscious. Like no matter what I wore or how hard I tried, I just didn’t feel like me.

The frustrating part? I was one of the most disciplined people I knew. But my results didn’t match my effort 🫠

That’s when it finally hit me, it wasn’t a discipline problem. It was a strategy problem 👀

I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t slacking. I was just caught in a loop that wasn’t actually serving my body anymore.

So I decided to stop pushing harder and start doing things smarter.

I began learning how to properly fuel my body, how to train with purpose (not punishment), and how to create a rhythm that fit my lifestyle instead of fighting against it.

That’s when everything changed my body, my mindset, my confidence 🥹

I stopped feeling like I was constantly at war with myself and finally started feeling aligned, energized, and proud of the woman I saw in the mirror.

That’s what led me to become a coach because I know how many women are stuck where I used to be.

You’re not lacking willpower. You’re not doing it wrong. You just need a new strategy one that actually works for your life and goals.

If you’ve been showing up in the gym but still feel like your results are lagging behind your effort, If you’re craving more structure, more clarity, and real transformation this is exactly what I help my clients do 🤝🏼
