It's free to get up and move around for 10 minutes every hour
The older I get, the more things pull me away the gym so it’s all about efficiency
Being able to get the most out of 4-5 workouts a week is everything for me
That’s why I’m incorporating push/pull days to hit my upper body the best I can
So for example this exercise is something I do often, it’s a simple renegade row to close grip push-up
Rows(pull) target your back and biceps
Push-ups target your chest and triceps
By Hitting one exercise immediately after the others proven to promote faster growth of each targeted muscle group
So for those that don’t have much time to focus on workouts and more time spent with their family, friends, and work. This method is one of the best to get you the results you’re dreaming of
DM me with questions on how you can increase your efficiency in the gym💪🏼

So I'm stepping back from my focus on group training and going headfirst into private and semi-private personal training.
When I decided to switch to being a trainer I never expected to be a group trainer, luckily I had a great mentor and leader in to help develop me into the group trainer I became.
But that wasn't the only thing I wanted to do, I wanted to train people in a more personal setting. Allowing to give them the knowledge and expertise that I've developed over the years in training to deliver the results they want as quickly and as personalized as they need to be to do so.
Performance is my background, training someone to be stronger, faster, more explosive. Olympic lifts, kettlebells, boxes, turf work.
Building muscle and losing fat is my other love. Looking good and feeling even better in your own skin. Walking into a room with the utmost confidence, not insecure about the way you look.
Overall health is my newest passion though. That thing the news and politicians won't talk about... how to keep yourself in the best shape possible to not be "at-risk" in situations like COVID has put us through. Being able to wake up in the morning hop out of bed without some overwhelming aches and pain that hinder yourself through the rest of your day.
With all that being said, I'm going to be training clients and myself out of a place where I can incorporate all three of my passions and deliver them to my clients as quickly as possible.
So if you've been wanting a more personalized training experience and achieve those goals you haven't yet been able to reach. Let's talk about it! DM me with your questions, hopefully we'll end up working together!

I gotta be honest, making changes is a scary thing.
The thought of what’s next and the uncertainty that comes with it sometimes feels like it’ll be too much to handle.
This pandemic has given me a lot of time to finally sit down in my thoughts, turn off my ADHD brain and self analyze.
My needs, wants, desires, dreams
My family, career, relationships
So in short, it’s time to embrace this change.

A Memoir By Patrick Geers
What a ride it was.
You were with me through the highs and lows.
Those summer days cruising down the boardwalk, weaving through those incredulous pedestrians.
Those short winter evenings quiet of the noise, cold wind on the nose.
You have taken me to places I had never been before, seeing sides of my town I had never dreamt of.
We rode with friends, strangers, and dogs.
We made new friends.
We even left some behind.
You were worth your weight in Ubers, saving me hundreds.
You were always reliable, though more so in the beginning.
The wet salty air took its toll on you.
A once fresh sleekness of a new Fletcher Jones Benz,
overtime turned to the rustbucket of an overpriced Rover.
To my fault, you started to wear down.
You began to slow down, not being able to keep up with those fancy electric bikes.
I was just about to take you in for overdue maintenance...
I took you on one too many long rides, confident in your abilities.
We escaped the prison of quarantine, going on what I didn't know was our last ride.
20 miles of adventure, 4 times the chain fell off, but 1 wide smile the entire ride.
Though stolen, you will not forgotten.
I'll miss you, friend.
You were the best bike I ever had.

2020...
I noticed something about that number that I really liked. It's the same number twice. To be honest, it's kind of sexy. The symmetry... the way it rolls off the tongue....
Whoops, I need to get to the point, which is the number "20" or also known as "twenty". For whatever reason, 2020 has motivated me to do 20 pushups every morning. I guess saying "morning" does a disservice to it though, I do it first thing when I wake up. Here's the sequence...
1.*insert alarm between 445-530am*
2. Reach over and turn it off
3. Roll-off my bed(it's a somewhat tall bed)
4. Hit the floor and do 20 pushups... no more, no less
I'm sure you can think of all the benefits of doing that ASAP after that alarm goes off, but my reason for doing it isn't so scientific. I do it cause it sucks, it's uncomfortable. For me, I'd rather lay in my big, comfy, warm bed and wait till the snooze to go off, definitely not do 20 pushups(which I suck at doing).
So back to 2020... the year to get uncomfortable, by doing the things that are uncomfortable to be able to achieve the
big goals I have for myself. Making a habit of being uncomfortable has been great so far, and until those 20 pushups get comfortable, I'll keep pushin.
Soooo that makes me wonder, what're you doing to be uncomfortable this year?

I’m awful with captions and literally all I can think to say is “let me take you for a ride on my big green tractor” but...⠀
⠀
1. Not a Tractor, it’s a bike
2. Not green, clearly black
3. Not that big, Only room for me⠀
⠀
-p.s. I could use some help with captions😂
