A lot of people do not enjoy running. For me, it has always had a calming effect for me. Running definitely is a unique type of therapy. Everything becomes easier with consistency. Get up and start running!

Gyms may be closed. Parks may have more strict regulations... doesn't mean you can't get a quick lift in. Physical activity is essential in my mind. Take care of your body and it will take care of you.
