Ive been pretending to be someone I’m not all along.

Letting the fear of judgement run my entire life and every decision that I make

Constantly second guessing if I was being “too much”
Or if something I said would be worded too strongly for someone to hear.

Typing message responses only to delete them.
Filming a story only to never hit post.
Pouring my heart out only to hide it from the world.

And that’s when I finally realized the only thing that’s been holding me back is ME.

I’ve let the fear of judgement run my entire life until now.

Until I drew a line in the sand because that belief wasn’t serving anybody

- It wasn’t serving the women that I wanted to reach
- It wasn’t serving my clients
- And it especially wasn’t serving me.

I was blunting my own impact not realizing that’s what I was MADE for.

And every part of me that I’ve been afraid to show has been my power all along.

Most women rely on motivation to dictate their actions.

The best diet includes a lot more flexibility than you think

Restricting yourself to eating solely “healthy” foods isn’t the weight loss secret that you’re hoping for, and ultimately isn’t what determines whether you’ll lose weight the next day. Being in a calorie deficit is, and without knowing those numbers you’re operating blind hoping for the best each week and crossing your fingers every time you get on the scale, rather than having a SET, strategic program that tells you exactly what protocols you need to be hitting every week in order to MOVE THE NEEDLE FORWARD.

Tracking your food ISN’T the strict approach that you think it is, it’s actually what ALLOWS you to have the food freedom you’ve always wanted.

Here’s the part that you’re missing âŹ‡ïž

1. Your metabolism ADAPTS
Meaning the lower you push your calories, the more your body will adjust to burn less calories than before. Because of this, what may have led to weight loss initially, soon comes to a halt leaving you wondering why you’re not losing like you did before. (This is where most get stuck! 😔)

2. You’re not eating enough protein
Most people want the weight that they lose to come from fat, but hardly anyone pays attention to their protein intake to ensure that’s the case. If you want to lose body fat while increasing your muscle definition, you have to be giving your body the building blocks she needs in order to make that happen.

3. Your performance in the gym is suffering from the lack of calories, so you’re not seeing the progress that you should be
You will never build a noteworthy physique through starving her. Building a juicy b***y, toned arms, and sculpted abs comes from lifting heavy in the gym and setting regular prs (personal bests) so that you can continue to build the muscle you want while leaning out. If you’re constantly skipping breakfast before going to the gym, not prioritizing your post-workout meal, or eating enough calories overall, it’s going to reflect in the lack of strength and energy on all of your lifts, as well as a lack of progress and recovery. 💔

THIS mindset is costing you results 👇

So you constantly feel this pull towards wanting to prioritize your fitness and get into better shape

But rather than leaning INTO this feeling when it comes up and taking action on the next steps to get you there, you immediately start listing off all of the ways that this couldn’t be possible for you.

“If only I had more time I could do it”
“If only I had her discipline I would do it”
“If only I wasn’t taking care of my kids I would do it”
“If only I had better genetics I could do it”
“If only I didn’t love food so much I would do it”

So you put a dead stop to your journey before it even begins and say to yourself “Maybe someday that would be possible for me.”

The truth is, the only reason that these thoughts are coming up for you is because you’ve never made the conscious choice to prioritize this part of your life before, so the idea of you doing so feels so far from who you currently are that you can’t imagine changing it.

The ONLY reason that someday hasn’t been TODAY, is because you’ve kept putting it off and rejecting yourself before you’ve ever had a chance to begin.

- What if doing this GAVE you more time back because you actually had the energy and focus throughout the day to be MORE productive than before?
