The best diet includes a lot more flexibility than you think

Hereâs the part that youâre missing âŹïž
1. Your metabolism ADAPTS
Meaning the lower you push your calories, the more your body will adjust to burn less calories than before. Because of this, what may have led to weight loss initially, soon comes to a halt leaving you wondering why youâre not losing like you did before. (This is where most get stuck! đ)
2. Youâre not eating enough protein
Most people want the weight that they lose to come from fat, but hardly anyone pays attention to their protein intake to ensure thatâs the case. If you want to lose body fat while increasing your muscle definition, you have to be giving your body the building blocks she needs in order to make that happen.
3. Your performance in the gym is suffering from the lack of calories, so youâre not seeing the progress that you should be
You will never build a noteworthy physique through starving her. Building a juicy b***y, toned arms, and sculpted abs comes from lifting heavy in the gym and setting regular prs (personal bests) so that you can continue to build the muscle you want while leaning out. THIS mindset is costing you results đ
So you constantly feel this pull towards wanting to prioritize your fitness and get into better shape

So you put a dead stop to your journey before it even begins and say to yourself âMaybe someday that would be possible for me.â
