Honors go out to Anna who has completed the Tinkerbell Half Marathon in 3:08, a PR of 20+ minutes!!!
She rocked the new designer knee applications, but tape can't run a race, it was her hard work, dedication and awesomeness that brought her all her success!
Congratulations go out to all our marathon runners this weekend, specially those who ran around at Disneyland this morning!

Our usual Friday night CrossFit to the Core got interesting when Dr. Dave took a box to the shin. Nice hematoma, enjoy those lymph tape lattice marks next week! ;-)
As we get another week going, we just want to say thanks to the hard working police, fire, and civic personnel in OC. As many of our customers already know 'the first app (demo) is free' but we wanted to post tonight with special thanks for those "nice guys" out there and encourage them to book their free app appointment to find out what makes OC Sports Therapy so great!
