Twelve years ago had me in to do a workshop for his team. Wrapped up our Global Summit in Nashville with over 100 coaches from a dozen countries around the world in attendance - such a special week of celebration, sharpening and casting vision for the future. It was emotional to receive the “2024 Coach of The Year Award” as well as Team Leader of the Year and Org of the Year. The coach award is special as it is judged from a number of metrics; client feedback, client results, client retention, etc. to narrow it down and then finalists are selected from our only company wide peer voted award. I have so much respect for my peers and it is hard to measure how much I work for client results - this award means a lot.
For the Team Leader & Org of the Year, can’t thank the crew I work with enough and so locked in on growth ahead!! Thankful to serve by your side...
