Total Fitness had a great showing at the USPA Regional meet, with five 1st place finishes and three 2nd. Keli Hamman, Lucy Somervill and Kimberly Patteson finished the meet with a Master class. Bryson Beltz with a class 1, Brittany Hopkins, Bridget Mangino and Jeanette Dimattia with class 2. Great job everyone! Now, as our friend Tony Turner would say "Back to the Lab"

Total Fitness Shines at IPL 2024 North American Championships
The lifters of Total Fitness delivered a stellar performance at the IPL 2024 North American Championships, held in Charleston, SC. From breaking records to achieving personal bests, the team showcased their hard work and dedication. Here's a rundown of their achievements:
Keli Hamman
Keli dominated the platform with an unforgettable performance. Competing in both the Masters and Open divisions, she:
Took 1st place in the Masters division with a jaw-dropping world-record squat of 170.5 kg (375.89 lbs.).
Placed 2nd in the Open division, holding her own against some of the strongest lifters.
Set multiple Virginia State records, solidifying her position as one of the strongest athletes in her class.
Brandon Stuck
Brandon had a picture-perfect meet, going 9 for 9 in his attempts and achieving a long-time personal goal by hitting a 1000 lbs. total. His consistency earned him a 2nd place medal in his division, making this event a milestone in his lifting journey.
Ken Horner
Ken's performance was nothing short of spectacular, as he secured:
1st place in all his divisions, including overall, bench-only, and deadlift-only categories.
A Masters Bench world record, further cementing his legacy.
Virginia State records in all three lifts, marking a clean sweep of achievements.
Emma Barnes
Emma brought home 1st place honors in the Junior division, showing her potential as a rising star in the sport.
