We are Phil and Pam Sweat. I am fortunate to have lived here on the VA Peninsula all my life; having stayed in one area has allowed me to get to know not only the area well but the people here. Having earned degrees in Business and Economics, I understand a client’s need to maximize his returns while minimizing his stress. With special training in downsizing, moving, estate sales and liquidations,

Staff are trained by the best in the country to handle almost any transitional situation you have. This office serves the Peninsula & Middle Peninsula, including Williamsburg, Toano, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Poquoson, Tabb, Seaford, Grafton, and Charles City areas. We are a total solution to your move management, estate sale and liquidation needs. We can and do offer more options than any others! Our prices vary based on services needed, but the initial consultation is FREE! While we do many on-site tag sales, we have also had great success with online auctions on our own CTonlineauctions.com. Moreover, we have relationships with various whole estate buyers. That means we know which buyers will pay the most for your items if a buyout is required. Sometimes we will coordinate the sale of an entire estate by room to do the best for our clients. After the sale we are always ready to help if there are any items remaining. We can set up donation pick ups or ship items to family members or friends. Caring Transitions is here to assist you with:

Looking for qualified candidates to join the growing Caring Transitions Virginia Peninsula team! All positions are part time and can start immediately. Pay is negotiable but will start at a minimum of $14/hr.

Online Auction Team Member:
Responsibilities include sorting, organizing, and photographing items to place into online auction software. Light lifting included. Must be able to use a smart phone/tablet. Job location varies from Hampton to Williamsburg, so transportation is a must.

Senior Moving Specialist:
Responsibilities include sorting, organizing, packing and unpacking items to be moved into a new home. Light Lifting Required. Job locations vary from Hampton to Williamsburg so must have own transportation.

Cleanout Crew:
Responsibilities include removal of items from house to donate, relocate or trash. Must be able to lift >50lbs semi regularly. Job locations vary so must have own transportation.
