Join us after our first dryland practice tomorrow (9/8) for our first Rita’s Run of the season! Drylands will be from 7:30-8:30 in MPR 1. See you there!! 🍦

Whether you’re a year round swimmer or a summer league swimmer you are welcomed on CNU swim! Additionally we have opened our team to non swimmers who are interested in social events and drylands(calisthenic based workouts)!
