Crawlin’ Crab Training Run Recap!

Monday night was all about getting those miles in! We teamed up with J & A Racing and Sentara Therapy Center & Sports Medicine for a Crawlin’ Crab training run as we get closer to the 14th Annual Crawlin’ Crab!

Unfortunately the Chesapeake group run was rained out, but our Newport News runners showed up ready to put in the work! We love seeing this community come together to chase goals, get stronger, and have a little fun along the way.
