🏊 Fall 1 Dolphin Swims Lessons Start Next Week!

Tonight is the final night to register for our Fall 1 session! Dolphin Swims uses the nationally recognized SwimAmerica program to help swimmers become safer, stronger and more confident in the water.

We offer options for a variety of ages, abilities and schedules:

💙 Parent-and-baby classes
💙 Midday lessons
💙 School-age lessons
💙 Adult lessons
💙 Lessons for swimmers with special needs

Choose from three convenient locations:

📍 Brittingham-Midtown Community Center in Newport News
📍 Riverside Wellness Center in Newport News

The CGBD Team Picnic was all about what makes our team special — swimmers, coaches, parents, families, lots of laughs and a whole lot of BLUE & YELLOW!

From our little Dolphins hanging out with the big Dolphins, to parents catching up, coaches getting to know families outside of the pool, and teammates reconnecting after summer — this is what the CGBD family is all about.

We train hard. We race hard. But we also know how to have FUN together!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped us celebrate the start of another CGBD season.

From introducing thousands of swimmers to the water through SwimAmerica to mentoring coaches, supporting families, and cheering on every personal best, her impact reaches far beyond the pool.

Today, we hope someone else is making the schedule, answering the emails, and solving the problems—because today is all about celebrating YOU! 🎉

But what makes us proudest isn't the number next to our name. It's how you got there.

You did it together.

From the swimmer celebrating a first BB time to the swimmer chasing championship cuts. From the 11-year-old learning how to race to the senior setting an example for everyone behind them. Every level of this team matters.

Be proud when you see that CGBD logo sitting at #9. You earned the right to see your team up there.
