We’ll be kicking off the season tonight and going over important information for the season ahead. We ask that all players and parent(s) attend this meeting!

Tryouts are designed to evaluate technical skill, tactical IQ, and game-readiness.
Monday, Aug 17:Check-in followed by the 20m Beep Test and 11v11 Scrimmaging.
Tuesday, Aug 18:Full-session 11v11 Scrimmaging.
Wednesday, Aug 19: 11/15 Pro Interval Test followed by final 11v11 Scrimmaging.
đź“‹ How to Prepare
We highly encourage all players to arrive at tryouts match-fit. You can find the specific protocols and audio tracks for our fitness testing below to practice over the summer:
20m Beep Test: Run 20-meter shuttles in time with the Official Audio Track until you can no longer meet the beep. Varsity standard is level 12.
11/15 Pro Intervals: 11 full-field sprints (20s on/20s off), 2-minute break, followed by 15 half-field sprints (10s on/10s off).
Varsity Cooper Test: All players placed on the Varsity roster must be prepared to complete a timed 3200 meter run on the stadium track on Friday, August 21st. Minimum time benchmarks will be discussed during the first week of practice.
