Congratulations to Rowan and Nathan who were married this last week !!! Rowan is our outstanding and beautiful Dance Instructor and Nathan does an excellent job with much of our Marketing and is also very handsome as well. 🥳 Join us in welcoming our new on-site 💆‍♀️ massage therapist, Michelle Coates! Since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009, Michelle has been dedicated to helping others heal through massage, movement, and music. 🌀
Specializing in deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release, Michelle has been serving the Oregon Coast community since 2013. Outside of the treatment room, she loves hula hooping and sharing the joy of movement with others. Michelle is thrilled to call ArtFit Oregon her new home! 💙

Bungee workouts are a fun, high-energy, low-impact classes that combine cardio, strength, dance-inspired movement, and—of course—LOTS of bouncing! It’s an amazing way to get moving, challenge your body, and have a seriously good time while doing it. 🙌
