🔥🔥Spring tryouts for Newton Little League’s Majors and AAA are coming up!🔥🔥
MAJORS TRYOUTS: Friday, Oct 16 6-7:30 PM @ Murphy Field
Majors tryouts are open to players ages 9–12 only. Players trying out for Majors need to take two steps before Oct 16:
1 Sign up for tryouts (free): Register for Majors Tryouts by October 16th at 6 PM (returning Majors players do NOT need to do this)
2 Register and pay for the Spring 2027 Majors program at Register by Oct 31 to get the $50 Early Bird discount! (All players, including those already drafted to the Majors must register to play).
Only registered, draft-eligible players can be placed on a Majors team. If your player isn’t picked in the Majors draft, no worries! They’ll automatically join a Minors AAA team, and your payment moves over with them.
AAA EVALUATIONS: Friday, Oct 23 (ages 9–12 only) 6-7:30 PM at Murphy Field
Sign up players for these evaluations (free). There’s no need to register or pay for the Spring program ahead of time. Just the evaluations.
Registration for all divisions below Majors will open on December 1st.
