Every member has a number that quietly shifts how they see themselves in the room. For some it's the first time a barbell load feels controlled instead of shaky. For others it's finishing group CrossFit classes without scaling down. These moments matter because progress here isn't about comparison. It's about your own signal of capability. A few markers worth tracking:
Your working weight on foundational lifts.
How many rounds you complete without stopping.
How steady you feel walking into a new class.
The cues your coach stops repeating because you've got them. None of these show up on a scale. They show up in how you carry yourself before the workout even starts. Track the quiet wins. They tend to be the ones that stick.
