Let's have a labor party this weekend. (Sunday, Sept. 4.) We have a large piece of pig that will be cooked in a lovely manner, and Greg will brew something Belgian.

The pizza oven was born seven years ago MLK Day! I'll be brewing again to enjoy MLK Day - it would be fun to fire up the oven but the weather won't be as cheery as 2012.
