Brunswick has reissued a new version of its 1940’s Centennial. Yesterday, Leah and I installed this new, classic. The tables have all of the same features as the original… aluminum corners, blinds, and leg accents. They also have ball return, ball storage area, bridge trays, massive frames, and 1” slate. This particular table was covered with Dark Green Simonis 860.

Here’s a table you will never see again. This is a four-pocket (no side pockets) 8’, pool table, made by the Collender Company in the late 1800’s. We picked this table up in March of 2025 from a home in Titusville, PA. The owner wanted the table restored and then brought back after the housework was completed.

This rare table features Rosewood rail tops, burl panels inlaid into the body, brass accents, Mahogany leg panels, nickel pocket irons, and new pocket leather from Bankshot Pockets. The cloth is English Green Simonis 860.

Leah and I have installed some interesting pool tables, recently. Today’s project was to this, new, Olhausen Timber Ridge. We’ve sold many of the tables from Olhausen’s rustic series, but this was our first Timber Ridge.

The rails and aprons are made with reclaimed wood from old barns and out buildings. That wood is sourced from the North East United States. The rail sights are hammered nails, they added a Copper nameplate, and the customer chose black leather pockets with Camel Simonis cloth.

This is possibly the rarest table we have ever had for sale in our shop. Brunswick Balke Collender produced three models of the Cabinet pool table, “Model's” #1, #2, and #3. This is a “Cabinet #2". We have never seen another one.

The Cabinet #2 is unique in that it has storage units in the ends of the table, a storage drawer on one end for cues, and a storage drawer on the other end for balls, chalk, triangle, etc. The table is quarter-sawn oak with extensive satin nickel finish metal accents.

This piece dates to 1898 and is a 4.5’x9’ model, with leather drop pockets. If you have the Pool and Billiard Collectables book, this exact table is featured.

Full restoration by Ken Hash at Classic Billiards.

This photo was sent by one of our customers. You can’t tell now, but this 5’x10’ 1930’s Brunswick Exposition pool table survived a house fire. We removed the table from the basement in 2023, after it was drenched, from extinguishing the fire. Every piece was dried, cleaned, and then put into climate controlled storage while the house was restored. We assembled it a few months ago, with new pocket leather and new Simonis 760 cloth.

Leah and I installed another Brunswick Medalist yesterday. Thank you to Terry at Sheffield's Auto Sales in Hesston, PA.

We still have a few 9’ Medalist tables left, from the original group of 13, if anyone is looking for a tournament grade pool table.

Leah and I spent the last few days at Leisure Lanes of Lancaster Inc, recovering their 8 Brunswick Gold Crowns. We had the opportunity to meet and speak with a lot dedicated players at this facility. The staff and management were wonderful, as well.
