We sell it strictly as a natural, whole product straight from our Jersey cow. Because it isn't processed or separated, you get the heavy cream right on top, which gives you the freedom to drink it whole, skim the cream for coffee, or churn your own butter!

Raw milk has not been pasteurized to remove pathogens that can cause illness. Consuming raw milk may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for young children, older adults, pregnant women, people who are ill, and people with weakened immune systems.
Our milk is produced and offered directly from our farm under Pennsylvania’s single-cow exemption.
