One Hour of Training $10, pay as you go, Saturday, 8:00 a.m. NHS Stadiums! Park in the parking lot by the baseball field and football stadium.
Bring a 33 oz bottle of water, towel for sweat, an exercise mat if you have one (towel will do) & $10. Spouse & or kids can come for only $5.
NO STADIUMS THIS SAT, I'LL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR THE WEEKEND, BUT WE'LL BE BACK NEXT WEEK!
