Today, it is with a mixture of gratitude, pride, excitement, and emotion that we announce the next chapter of CrossFit Red Empire.

Ownership of CFRE will officially transition to Preston and Ashley Breece.

If you've spent any time around them, you know their passion for helping people is unmatched. Their commitment to coaching, community, and creating life-changing experiences makes them the perfect leaders to carry this vision forward.

While change can be emotional, we couldn't be more excited about what lies ahead for this community.
