One of our yoga family passed away recently. Renate will be missed by all of us.

Class cancellation: October 9th and 11th. The 🚴‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️🚴 yoginis will be on a Rails to Trails trip through the Great Allegheny Passage. See you on the 16th when Yoga classes resume.

This month resumes our regular schedule of Tuesdays, 6:30 hatha yoga and Thursdays, 6:30 Kundalini yoga. Come by for a great relaxing, stress alleviating evening with awesome friends.

Remember Reiki Share is the last Sunday of each month. New time: 6:30 to 8:00 pm. It is important that you contact me if you are coming because if there are no reservations, the studio will not be open. It is always a lovely time when we do meet.
