We have a friend who will be competing for Team USA in Guatemala at the beginning of October! Before she goes, she’ll be collecting lightly used karate and BJJ uniforms to donate to children training in Guatemala. ❤️

If you have any gently used uniforms that you would like to donate, please bring them to class with you next week!

🥋 AUGUST BELT TESTING – Thursday, August 27th
We’re excited for our upcoming Belt Testing! Please review all details carefully to ensure your student is fully prepared.

👕 UNIFORM REQUIRED
All students must wear a full uniform to test.
If your child does not have a uniform, please order one from the front desk as soon as possible.
Students without a full uniform will not be eligible to test.

🥊 REQUIRED GEAR
All students must arrive in full uniform with all required gear.
Green belts must have full sparring gear to advance.

🪵 BOARD BREAKING REQUIREMENT
All students are required to break one board.
Board Specifications:
White or yellow pine, cut to 1" x 12" x 12"

⏰ TESTING TIMES (Based on CURRENT Rank)
White, Yellow, Orange Belts: 5:00–5:45 PM
Green – Brown III Belts: 5:45–6:30 PM
Red Belts & Above: 6:30–7:15 PM

If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late and may not be eligible to test.
