Let me tell you about Michelle's amazing journey. She decided she wanted to get healthier, so she started working hard in September. And wow, did she rock it!

Since then, she's lost a whopping 40.3 pounds. Yeah, you read that rightβ€”she crushed it! Imagine the feeling when she saw that number on the scale. It was like winning the lottery, but way better because it was all her hard work paying off.

A first meeting full of doubt turned into a woman full of progress and beaming with confidence.

When FLA first talked to Mary, she was unsure of getting into the program. She didn’t know if she could do it and succeed. Until we guided Mary to get the workout plan that suited her along with understanding food and nutrition.

πŸ‘‰I like it (the program). I find that there's a lot of food to choose from to eat, like obviously all greens right? But it gives it more of a mixture where I can play around with. And the workouts are good.
