This progressive training program will improve your speed, agility, explosive power, first step quickness, reaction time and flexiblity.
PEAK POWER TRAINING CAMP
This summer training group has one thing in mind, improve baseball power. Training will teach athletes how to generate power from the ground up. Rotational and lower body power will be emphasized in junction with extensive flexibility and mobility work to keep you healthy and playing all summer.
