One of the best part of our program is to see kids literally grow up in our gym.
Jillian is one of those kids & she is AWESOME!! She started back in our Youth Program in elementary school and now she is getting ready graduate & to go play at
She has trained year round β in season, out of season, during Summer AAU β doesnβt matter, she was in the gym training & working FOR YEARS π€
She is a prime example. Consistent focus. Consistent training. Consistent progress. Consistent results. ππ

Stackin days!
8-13 years old is a prime window to build a movement skills, speed, mechanics, coordination, capacity, & robustness.
Itβs easier to build strong habits (movement quality) at this age than break & fix faulty movements in the future as 15-16 year olds.
Our Youth Prep & Youth Advanced programs help athletes maximize this window and set them up to have success now and as they head into high school (when it really matters)!

15 Years Stronger!
April 1st of 2011, Flahiveβs opened its door for the first time! In that time, the people and community turned this place into something that I never could have imagined.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every person that has ever walked through our door, supported us, vouched for us, and allowed us to live out our dream. Thank you for making everyday of the last 15 years possible.

Building every day πͺπͺ
π£π£ Parents: you see youth training for strength and speed everywhere nowadays.
At this age, the kids are so young and new to training that anything will be get them better right now. Literally anything.
But, that doesnβt mean that itβs the right thing to do.
A couple key questions to ask are:
π is this age appropriate to develop for where your child is today?
π will this type lay the groundwork to train as your child gets to 15, 16, 17 years old?
π are the coaches teaching technique and the correct movements/joint position?
π if your child is doing it incorrectly, is the coach correcting them?
π can my child be consistent enough to get get enough repetitions for this training to work? Hint: drop-ins donβt work!
π is this training raising my childβs ceiling as an eventual high school (and beyond) athlete? Or, are these random (way too advanced) workouts today, ultimately, limiting their ceiling as a 15, 16, 17+ year old?
If it is not a resounding YES to all the questions, then itβs a hard NO.

ABC is a standard at Flahiveβs.
It stands for Always Be Coaching. Simple, but effective. If you walk into to one of our sessions, our coaches are going to be coaching their asses off.
We expect our athletes to give 100%, so we are going to give them 100% right back.
