CHAMPIONS CROWNED AT GRAND VIEW
Chambers fires 71 as five divisions battle for 2026 Club Championship titles

The scores are in and the champions have been crowned at the 2026 Grand View Lodge Club Championship.
Players took on the Woods-Marsh rotation Sunday with championships up for grabs across five divisions: Men, Women, Senior Men, Senior Women and Super Senior Men.
There were under-par rounds, tight battles and some impressive golf throughout the day. When the final putt dropped, Shawn Chambers, Mary Illetschko, Mike Fardy, Amy Lichty and David Gray walked away as Grand View Lodge Club Champions.
CHAMBERS GOES UNDER PAR TO CLAIM MEN'S TITLE
Shawn Chambers delivered the round of the championship.
Chambers was the only player in the Men's Division to break par, firing a 1-under-par 71 to capture the Men's Club Championship by six shots.
Behind him, RJ Stabenow finished runner-up with a 77, while Saturday's Par Three Shootout champion Charlie Hollinbeck followed with a 78. Clinton Strother and Jeff Sorem each carded 79s to round out the top five.
While Chambers owned the gross title, Brandon Manselle put together the best net performance of the Men's Division. Manselle posted a net 66, six under par, to win the Men's Net Championship.

FARDY TAKES COMMAND OF SENIOR MEN'S DIVISION
Mike Fardy left little doubt in the Senior Men's Division.
Fardy fired an impressive 73 (+1) to finish nine shots clear of runner-up Don McCormick, who shot 82. Dale Womeldorf was right behind with an 83.
Fardy's round was also good enough for a net 67, but the Senior Men's net title went to Keenan Frank, who posted a net 68 (-4).
Jim Rosendahl also had a strong day on the net side, finishing at 71.

GRAY WINS A TIGHT SUPER SENIOR RACE
The Super Senior Men's Division produced one of the closest battles of the championship.
David Gray shot a 78 (+6) to take the title, finishing just two shots ahead of Glen Hasselberg and Ken McAdam, who both posted 80.
John Ehlen wasn't far behind with an 83 as just five shots separated the top four.
The net competition belonged to Rick Boschee, who turned in one of the best net scores anywhere on the course Sunday. Boschee's 66 (-6) earned him the Super Senior Men's Net Championship.

ILLETSCHKO CAPTURES WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP
Mary Illetschko claimed the Women's Club Championship with a round of 84 (+12).
The net competition was claimed by Elaine Morrow taking the Women's Net Championship with a 76 (+4).

LICHTY TAKES SENIOR WOMEN'S TITLE
In the Senior Women's Division, Amy Lichty earned the Club Championship finishing just ahead of Julie McAdam.
McAdam came back to take the net side of the competition to earn the Senior Women's Net Championship.
