I am SO excited to release my new official character art/mascot for my online coaching services: The Muscle Wizard. The artist knocked it out of the park. I have been quietly working on making changes to my coaching services since I have been out of commission with my leg. I have lots of fun stuff planned. My current clients- look for some slight changes next blocks to sheets, the way video is done etc. I am again full bore accepting clients for programming, coaching, and nutrition. End of cut for remote Guild member, Kyle! He is crrently unable to bench or press as we are awaiting a surgery date for him, but I am very happy with what he was able to achieve! SEVERAL lifting PRs were hit during the entire cut, all at lower body weight. We’ve been working together a year now, a bulk, cut, and now reversing. I’m very excited to see where we have him land this time next year! If you are looking to get stronger or need some nutritional guidance, I am taking a few select clients.

I need to tell you all about my client, Kyle. Kyle just crossed the 50 lbs LOST THRESHOLD since he began with me in October!!! His work ethic has incredible. His adherence, willingness to follow the plan and trust the process..just absolutely incredible. I am so incredibly proud of you, Kyle. You have been such an incredibly important part of my development as a coach. You have no idea what our journey together has been for me. Your transformation, your GROWTH as a man has been absolutely inspiring to me. Seeing you unpeel layer after layer of your self doubt, getting stronger and believing in yourself more and more…I’m so emotional and I love you so much, my dude. Keep kicking ass!!

Kyle is down basically 40 lbs today. Incredible work. I’m super stoked for him and his journey!!

I haven’t posted a transformation comparison in a while. I was 400 lbs, suicidal, several health issues. Honestly I hated my life. Sweaty just sitting down isn’t a sexy way to live lol.
The good news is... YOU CAN ALWAYS BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY!! I educated myself, took classes, so continual research...but I can only imagine where I’d be now if I had sought out professional help in the beginning. I am still taking a few clients for powerlifting/general strength training BUT I also run nutrition alone at it’s own special rate if you’re killing it in the gym but don’t know exactly how to approach fueling yourself properly.
