Hello Yogis !
There are some changes coming to the Yoga schedule I’m super excited about. I will no longer be offering a 9 AM class on Wednesdays instead I will have class on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 PM and then again from 5:30 till 6:30 PM These will be gentle yoga classes . I am hoping to add a Monday night class as well starting in July. These classes will be held at Forest Park in Noblesville at the Inn!
