The hardest thing you can do is try something new, but often, that's the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself. It's my job to help others start something new, and I've seen countless individuals not only succeed but also fall in love with the process along the way. I've been working with my friend Sam since November of 2022, helping him in the gym and with his nutrition. I use the word nutrition and not diet, because we didn't necessarily restrict anything from him, just made sure to change food priorities. We focused on getting more protein in each meal, and that's it. Alongside the change in his eating, we started working out together. Sam has been working out 3 times a week with me every week since. Since then, Sam has not only lost 100 lbs and has built muscle along the way. Now he ends every workout by doing at least 1 pull-up, because now, for the first time in his life, he can do pull-ups.
