The Power of Water
Water does more than quench your thirst. It plays a huge role on how your body performs, recovers, and stays healthy! Strength isn’t just built under the barbell. It is built through the habits you practice every day. Hydration is one of them!
Here’s what science has to say.
Muscle Health: your muscles rely on water to contract properly, maintain performance, and regulate temperature. Dehydration can contribute to muscle fatigue, reduced endurance, and decreased workout performance.
Organ Health: water helps transports nutrients, regulate, body, temperature, support, digestion, and allow your kidneys to remove waste. Your organs depend on adequate hydration to do their jobs effectively.
Skin Health: water helps, maintain your skin, moisture balance, and supports normal. Skim function. While drinking extra water won’t magically erase wrinkles, staying hydrated helps to prevent the effects of dehydration, including dry skin.
Recovery & Performance: when you sweat, you lose both water and electrolytes. Replacing those fluids helps your body recover, and prepares you for your next workout.
Strong bodies start with smart habits. Hydrate. Train. Recover. Repeat.
