Dear Valued Customer,

Buddenbaum & Moore has long been proud of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, valued customers, the swimming pool patrons and the communities we serve. This commitment in the face of the risks associated with the COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic remains our number one priority at this challenging time. Like so many of you, Buddenbaum & Moore is monitoring closely the guidance and expectations from our federal, state government officials and our local health departments.
As this pandemic evolves, we want to update you on what we are doing to protect our employees, our customers and our industry partners:

Buddenbaum & Moore is continuing business as usual, while minimizing as much person to person contact with ourselves, customers and vendors. This current status is all depending on travel restrictions that could change at any time. For more information on travel visit http://www.in.gov/dhs/traveladvisory/

Currently, COVID-19 has not affected our ability to provide normal service, repairs and construction projects. We are also in constant contact with our entire supply chain to ensure we can maintain delivery of equipment, parts and chemicals to our customers. We recognize the challenges facing us and how the supply chain can slow as this crisis continues. We have implemented safe working procedures for all our office, service and construction teams to minimize any potential disruptions.
