We now have larger fitness rooms and quadrants for a greater variety and number of fitness classes. Message Therapy will be coming soon!

Showers and locker rooms are available to keep your clothes and valuables secure, however you will need to bring your own locks. As we expand, more equipment will be added, including a cargo net, climbing ropes and cardio gear. We plan to expand TRX classes and add additional obstacle and endurance challenges.

Most of us will come to a place in our lives where we might reflect on past experiences, decisions, choices, and actions.
Reflection can be good . It gives us an opportunity to re-evaluate what truly matters to us during our lifetime. It also give us space to breathe and look ahead and ask…..where do I want to “end up” at the end of this journey?”

 we don’t have to keep “doing” because it’s what we’ve always done… we can shift gears. We can chose another option ..

We have choices.

This will be a safe space to process the affects breast cancer takes on us physically, mentally and spiritually. And is for those who have made it to survivorship and those who are still in the midst of the fight….

2)When you try to think about HOW to make that happen, do you feel overwhelmed, discouraged, confused, lost or even frozen.
I want to help you build a fitness foundation that will not only get the ball rolling but will guide you, encourage you teach you so that all of your fitness goals can happen for you!!
This program is BEGINNER......BASIC......AND EASY!!!!!!

Double kettlebell deadlifts ...
There are many different variations of deadlifts .. all good just different This is one type of deadlift... drop offs (put down , pick back up)

Glutes
hamstrings
low back

The deadlift is the most important exercise you can do for a total workout. Utilizing every muscle in your body you’ll build muscle, burn more calories, increase flexibility and turn on your nervous system all at once.

Here is a greet leg workout sure to leave you feeling accomplished .

If you don’t have a kettlebell you can do this with dumbbells or even without weight ..
3 sets of each exercise befor you move on to the next .. allow yourself a break between each set.

The heavier the weight and the challenge will determine the reps
10-15 squats
10-15 deadlifts
10-15 lunges per side
10 -15 UFC’s
8-10 one leg squat
