The T League combines individual skills development with the excitement of team competition — giving boys and girls the complete basketball experience.

Each week begins with 45 minutes of focused training designed to move your child’s game to the next level:

· First 15 minutes: Ball-handling and dribbling drills to build confidence and control.

· Next 30 minutes: Players break out into teams for structured team practice — working on offensive concepts, defensive fundamentals, spacing, passing, and game situations.

Athletes receive quality instruction in a positive, structured environment, then apply what they’re learning with their teammates.

And remember — this is the off-season, which makes T League the perfect way to keep the ball in your child’s hands for a short period of time each week. Consistent touches and quality instruction now make a big difference when the season rolls back around.
