Whether you can dive a little or you’ve never jumped off the board before, we have a program for you. Our unique Training System emphasizes skill progression which teaches in such a way that is fun, easy and very safe. This system uses a building block method that allows divers to master skills before moving on to the next building block. Each block is specific in movement patterns that will be put together to learn the most difficult dives.
