People truly don't understand that what you put on the inside, you wear on the outside. You can do 1 million crunches a day, but if you don't have a diet that's conducive to a fit and healthy lifestyle, you truly negate all of you hard work at the gym, etc... you have to be conscious of what you're eating and when you're eating.
