This month we're giving back to the local unhoused population! We're donating $1 for every class that every person attends to the H.O.P.E. Foundation in Norfolk.

The H.O.P.E. Foundation Inc. (Helping Others Pursue Excellence) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting unhoused individuals and families. We strive to give hope to those in need and help them gain the skills they need to become successful and independent.

Their mission is to build strong communities and empower guests to rise above their current circumstances and achieve their dreams. Their commitment is to provide a safe and supportive environment for everyone and to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of our guests.

The foundation believes in the power of collaboration and works within the local community to bring about positive change.

Back in June we had almost 500 people attend classes for our Pride fundraiser. So our goal this month is to get more than 500. Are you going to help us get there?

3 Wonderful Years + 4 Amazing Deals

It's finally time to announce all the details for our Anniversary Sale!

1. Legacy Silver Membership

We're throwing it back to 2023 and offering a founding member price for our Silver Membership. That means you get 8 classes/month for $177/month (that's $22.13/class)!

Existing members can switch over to this membership. It's a minimum 12-month commitment (even for existing members) BUT this pricing stays in effect as long as your membership is active and in good standing for up to 3 years!

2. The Rail Pass

Are you an Open Studio girlie? This one's for you! We've been adding more and more open studio time slots to our calendar over the past year so we thought this was a good time to bring this one back!

Get unlimited Open Studio credits for just $1,299 from the day you purchase through August 31, 2027.

3. Triple Play

Since it's our THIRD anniversary, we wanted something on theme. So (for the last time) we're bringing back the 3 credits for $99 deal!

All 3 credits are good for any regular class through October 31st. We're not limiting the total availability, but only 1 can be used per person.

This is a great way to get a few extra classes in before the craziness of the holidays set in!

4. Bring Your Bestie

Last, but not least, we have a HUGE discount on a semi-private lesson! For just $111 bring your aerial (or non-aerial) bestie to train on the apparatus of your choice with the instructor of your choice.

So the secret's out, we're switching to Arketa for all of our booking needs!

This does mean there will be some changes and definitely some bumps in the road as we figure everything out.

Your side of the migration is easy - you'll get an email on September 1st asking you to create a password and then you'll be up and running!

And we'll be here every step of the way to answer questions or to help with any problems that may pop up.

Arketa works a little differently than Momence, so there will be some changes. The biggest one is using memberships/credits for open studio. Unfortunately Arketa doesn't allow us to do half credits, so open studio will be separate from the membership, unless you use a whole credit to book your spot.

We're going to send an email to anyone that has been to the studio more than once in the last 3 months. This will have more information about any changes coming your way. Keep your eyes out for that, it will hit your inboxes on Monday morning (August 31st).

We know there will be hiccups, but we're really excited for this change as Railroad continues to grow 🖤
