Early Diabetes Screening & Detection - JDRF Resources T1 Detect is a program to spread education for people managing the disease. JDRF explores the benefits of screening and monitoring for Type 1 Diabetes.

Celebrating Emory! He will be advocating for T1D's at the 2023 JDRF Children's Congress.

More positive news this morning on the Special Diabetes Program (SDP)! The Senate HELP Committee approved a 2-year renewal of the SDP at $170 million, plus an added 3 months, extending the program through December 2025!

Thank you to Senate Diabetes Caucus Co-Chairs U.S. Senator Susan Collins & Senator Jeanne Shaheen for your leadership on the SDP, and to Committee Chair Bernie Sanders & Ranking Member U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy.

The SDP is a critical Federal program supporting research at the National Institutes of Health. We’re grateful for the work and support of our Advocates and Members of Congress as we work toward SDP renewal!
