🎃 CoVA Trunk-or-Treat Is ON — Rain or Shine! 👻
We’re excited for our 3rd Annual CoVA Clinic & Candy Trunk-or-Treat this Saturday, October 17, at 4:00 PM!
We’re keeping an eye on the weather, and if rain or strong winds prevent us from celebrating outdoors, we’ll move the festivities inside CoVA Tennis Center!
🚗 For Our Trunk Decorators:
If we move indoors, we’ll trade our decorated car trunks for Halloween-themed candy stations set up around our indoor tennis courts!
Here’s how you can prepare:
* 🎃 Keep your theme! Whatever you were planning for your vehicle trunk can be adapted into a tabletop or indoor display.
* 🍬 Bring your candy and decorations! You can decorate a table, create a freestanding display, or use lightweight props and backdrops.
* 👻 Get creative! Think spooky candy shops, haunted tables, pumpkin patches, themed characters, or mini Halloween scenes.
* 🕸️ Plan for a smaller space. Decorations should be easy to carry indoors and set up without needing a vehicle.
* 🏆 The Best Trunk/Station and Best Costume contests are still ON! Indoor displays will be just as eligible for prizes.
🕒 Setup begins at 3:00 PM. We’ll help direct decorators to their designated stations along the perimeter of our indoor courts.
🍭 For Our Trick-or-Treaters:
Nothing changes about the fun! You’ll still get to dress up, collect candy, visit creatively decorated Halloween stations, and enjoy our Halloween festivities—just indoors and out of the weather!
We’ll announce our final indoor/outdoor decision before the event so everyone has time to prepare.
📝 Don’t Forget to Sign Up!
