Get ready for a scary day of chess, food, and fun! Our Rapid Tournament involves 5 rounds with 15-minute time controls (no increment).

The tournament is available for players of all skill levels, and food will be provided!

As it is the day after Halloween, costumes are welcomed.

Come by to our chess tournament this February 28th at 6 pm in the Potomac river room! Food will be served!

Tournament information:
There will be 5 rounds of 5 min no increment matches.
Registration will begin at 6 along with food, while the tournament will start at 6:30.

We will be having our first meet of the semester this Monday!! Our meeting times are 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm every Monday and Wednesday in the Virginia Rice Webb Room.

We hope to see you all there and have some fun matches!

Congratulations to both our A and B team!!! Both teams started from the bottom in the playoffs and they were still able to reach this far!!! Congrats to the members of both teams for their incredible performance in this CCL season!!

We will be hosting an unrated blitz tournament!! Anyone is welcome to play!! Free entry!! Food will be provided to participants!! Walk-ins are allowed but please do the form to register using the QR code.

Come Saturday, March 23, for our next rapid tournament, where we will have food and prizes! After the food is served, we will begin the games!

The tournament will be 5 rounds of rapid 15-min time controlled games.

Come on down to the chess club and play some games! We have our meetings every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4 to 6 pm! We will be in the Virginia Rice Webb room every meeting (unless it is said otherwise).
